Responsibilities

Proven experience with standardized productivity tracking and reporting
Experience driving org‑wide change initiatives
Strong hands‑on experience using Jira APIs
Experience creating individual productivity baselines and accountability models
Ability to demonstrate and operationalize existing tools, including: Code Climate, AI tools and workflows
Experience working closely with Product teams
Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated success translating engineering metrics into business value

Required
