Responsibilities
Providing technical support for TXAM's chemical injection pumps and systems
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
Assisting with onsite installation and repair services
Working closely with the team and customers to ensure the reliable performance of products and maintain high-quality service standards
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Proficiency in Communication and effective interaction with team members and customers
Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for equipment and systems
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to work on-site in Odessa, TX, and travel as needed to customer locations
Preferred
Knowledge of chemical injection pumps and systems
a technical certification or related experience
