Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise architecture for Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM
Lead General Ledger (GL) design, including chart of accounts, ledger configuration, and consolidations
Architect multi-legal entity and multi-ledger environments
Design payroll accounting and HCM-to-GL integration frameworks
Ensure accurate financial reporting across workforce-related transactions
Partner with Finance and HR leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
Oversee integration with upstream and downstream enterprise systems
Establish governance standards aligned to regulatory and compliance requirements
Drive best practices across SDLC and Agile delivery models
Provide architectural oversight throughout implementation and stabilization phases

Required

8+ years of Oracle implementation experience
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically General Ledger
Strong understanding of consolidations and multi-entity financial environments
Experience architecting integrations between Oracle HCM and Financials
Proven experience supporting banking institutions or financial services clients
At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation
Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
Ability to lead architecture workshops and engage executive stakeholders
Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM certifications
Experience designing payroll accounting frameworks
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Enterprise architecture framework exposure (TOGAF or similar)
