Join Our Child Development Team – RBT Role

BK Behavior is seeking a motivated and caring Behavior Technician (BT) to join their growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA

Provide one-on-one therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings

Collect accurate data on client progress

Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and coping skills

Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members

Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualification

Required

High school diploma

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate

Reliable transportation (if required for travel)

Ability to pass background check

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
