Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm, intrusion, access control, and CCTV systems
Diagnose system issues and implement corrective actions efficiently
Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and system testing in accordance with NFPA and manufacturer standards
Program and configure system components as required
Accurately complete service tickets, reports, and required documentation
Maintain an organized inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
Ensure company vehicle and equipment are kept clean and in professional condition
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system status and recommendations
Follow all OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and company safety requirements
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
3+ years of commercial low-voltage service experience
Experience servicing: Fire alarm systems, Intrusion systems, Access control systems, CCTV systems
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
