This role involves providing excellent customer service, entering information into databases, and supporting ministry activities aligned with CBN's mission.

Provide excellent customer service to our partners over the phone
Enter new information into our database
Make corrections
Apply donations
Order merchandise
Perform research on accounts as requested
Qualification
Required
Intermediate computer skills with MS Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting principles to reconcile partner accounts
Excellent phone etiquette, and oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a highly structured, production-oriented environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Ability to deal with frequent change
Strong attention to detail
Ability to enter data into a computer for a minimum of six hours daily
Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's nonprofit Christian mission
