Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational oversight for IP or Optical network deployments
Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
Develop and manage deployment schedules, scope, and resource allocation
Facilitate technical discussions across engineering, operations, and data center teams
Identify risks, propose solutions, and drive innovation in deployment processes
Ensure adherence to networking standards, best practices, and SLAs
Define and track KPIs including deployment speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA adherence
Analyze performance data to improve processes and decision-making
Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
Manage relationships with vendors and external partners
Ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across network engineering, data center engineering, and operations
Maintain structured reporting for senior leadership
Communicate program status, risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment
Proven track record delivering large-scale network infrastructure projects
Strong technical expertise in IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
Experience with program management, operations, and process improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
