Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain operational readiness of enterprise systems, providing 24/7 support as required
Offer Level 2 support for incident management to meet business service levels and take ownership of critical issues
Resolve functional errors and business process issues by debugging and recommending corrective actions
Develop and refine work plans for system changes, perform configuration and testing, and coordinate the promotion of changes to the production environment
Work on improving change management processes, gather and analyze performance metrics, and support continuous improvement

Advanced skills in System Documentation
Advanced skills in Configuration Management
Proven ability in Change Management
Relevant experience in IT Application Support within enterprise environments
