Responsibilities
Managing the development of C++ code
Software requirement definition, design, code, test, integration, and verification activities for simulation software
Management and development of the team
Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities
Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency development
Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related sciences
Implementation and Verification & Validation testing
Familiarity with C++
Experience with software design
Must be a US citizen - this position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity / Anti Tamper principles
