Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, production-ready, accessible, and performant UI components
Develop AI-driven tools that benefit both our own development workflow and the efficiency of those who use our design system
Work closely with System Designers and Product Design leadership to define, set, and implement the technical roadmap for the Commerce Design System
Partner with Commerce experience designers and Core Design System engineers to integrate core components, design tokens, and APIs, and with product teams to drive the successful adoption of the components into various product spaces
Collaborate with product engineering teams to drive successful adoption of Design System components into their respective product spaces
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, the React framework, and modern CSS frameworks
Experience with UI development on any TV UI platform
Prior experiences building and maintaining high-quality, scalable Design Systems
Hands-on experience with component documentation tools like Storybook and visual regression tools like Chromatic
Deep understanding and experience with the full software development lifecycle, including building, testing, releasing, and supporting your code in a production environment
Experiences in building front-end UIs in a Server Driven UI architecture
