Senior LevelTechClub Inc is seeking a Teamcenter Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions across global environments. This role involves hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace, and enterprise-scale upgrades while collaborating with architects and business users to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop server-side customizations using ITK, C/C++, Java, SOA, handlers, and workflow actions
Perform BMIDE configuration: data model, rules, LOVs, properties, GRM rules, deep copy rules
Develop custom AWC features including commands, conditions, panels, and UI enhancements
Hands on experience in Teamcenter upgrade
Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business users to deliver scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace (AWC), integrations, and enterprise-scale upgrades
Develop server-side customizations using ITK, C/C++, Java, SOA, handlers, and workflow actions
Perform BMIDE configuration: data model, rules, LOVs, properties, GRM rules, deep copy rules
Develop custom AWC features including commands, conditions, panels, and UI enhancements
Hands on experience in Teamcenter upgrade
Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business users to deliver scalable solutions
Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Unified (23xx+)
BMIDE configuration and deployment
ITK development (C/C++)
SOA, RAC, Active Workspace, JavaScript, Angular
T4S & T4EA expertise
Experience with cloud-hosted PLM environments (Azure/AWS)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Analytical problem solving and structured debugging
Ability to mentor junior developers
Capability to manage escalations and work in onsite/offshore model
Preferred
Experience with Teamcenter 2312 / 2406 / 2512 upgrades
Oracle/SQL knowledge
