Responsibilities

Assisting with departmental projects, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
Supporting research initiatives, preparing presentations, or contributing to team deliverables
Participating in cross‑functional meetings and learning how departments collaborate
Contributing to internal initiatives such as policy updates, financial reviews, operational assessments, or communications planning
Completing a final collaborative group project and presenting it to company leadership at the end of the summer

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degreeAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

To be eligible, you must be a rising sophomore or rising junior and available for the duration of the internship program
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S
Must be progressing towards a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related area. Concentration in hospitality is a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Candidates must have at least a 3.0 GPA

Benefits

Transportation stipend of $160 per month or fully subsidized parking to help absorb commuting costs
Interns are responsible for their own health insurance and housing
