Responsibilities
Utilize a variety of software to handle, organize, and transfer construction documents efficiently
Receive and prioritize emails to manage daily tasks
Maintain credentials for customer websites to download and upload drawings electronically, while preparing and sending transmittals to confirm drawing contents
Transition bid documents to job files, rename and organize drawing file revisions, and print documents in coordination with project managers and senior staff
Communicate with estimators and project managers to address issues and resolve technical challenges related to document access
Adopt a positive and flexible attitude to work collaboratively in a team setting
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Strong computer and typing skills
Highly detail oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Preferred
Associate degree
