Responsibilities
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required
SCHEDULE ROTATING 5AM-8PM, SATURDAY-FRIDAY, TO INCLUDE EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS, BEND, REACH, STOOP, SQUAT, AND STAND FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION AND FUEL CERTIFICATION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF HIRE
Preferred
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK, HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE, ADVANCED COMPUTER SKILLS, AND STRONG VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
EXPERIENCE WITH ORDERING & RECEIVING PREFERRED
ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH JOB REQUIREMENTS IS NEEDED
