Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using SAP/SuccessFactors
Ensure local and state taxes are accurate and up to date
Manage onboarding and termination processing
Maintain training records in proprietary systems
Serve as HR backup across key functions, including interview coordination
Support community outreach initiatives
Uphold and promote strict safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar background would be ideal, however equivalent experience will be considered
Experience processing payroll in SAP preferred
Ability to manage high-volume weekly payroll with extreme attention to detail
Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas
Demonstrated stability in prior roles
Willingness to learn all HR functions and grow into a Generalist path
