They are seeking a Healthcare Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining clear, user-focused documentation for business and operational applications.

Responsibilities
Write, edit, and maintain user guides, SOPs, job aids, and other operational documentation
Translate complex workflows and systems into clear, step-by-step instructions
Develop documentation for applications built on platforms such as Salesforce
Update training materials and presentations (no training delivery required)
Collaborate with SMEs and Business Analysts to gather and validate requirements
Ensure documentation meets quality, style, legal, and regulatory standards
Publish and maintain documentation in learning management and governance tools
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer or in a communications-focused role
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business, or a technical discipline
Candidates without a Bachelor's degree must have an additional 4 years of relevant work experience, in addition to the required 3 years of technical writing or communications experience
Preferred
Knowledge of call center operations, claims processing, enrollment, or billing workflows
Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments, including ACA
Experience supporting documentation for AI tools or knowledge bases
