Help Desk Analyst
Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support their multi-site organization across Massachusetts. The role involves providing technical support for a range of technologies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets while impacting patient care operations directly.

Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite technical support across multiple geographic locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and medical equipment
Support Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Active Directory
Assist with LAN/WAN and basic server troubleshooting
Manage and prioritize help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
Install, upgrade, and repair computer systems and applications
Set up new employees with computers, phones, and system access
Document root causes, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles
Partner with internal teams and medical device vendors to resolve technical issues
Travel between OCB locations as needed
Qualification
Required

Customer-service focused with a passion for technology
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting senior-level executives
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with remote support tools
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Knowledge of VoIP systems (Mitel/ShoreTel preferred)
Familiarity with VMware, virtual desktops (Horizon View), and medical devices is a plus
