This role is ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented, with opportunities to grow into a project coordinator position.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Manage and track high-volume project permits (150+ annually)
Submit permits in person and maintain organized digital and physical records
Communicate with utility partners regarding permit status and requirements
Complete simple computer-based line drawings for permit documents (training provided)
Track permit progress from submission through completion
Schedule customer appointments for repair or service work
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Opportunity to grow into a project coordinator role
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and document-tracking skills
Comfortable handling repetitive and detailed administrative tasks
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn drawing/markup tools
Must be able to work fully on-site in Kapolei
Preferred
Administrative or coordination experience preferred
