Responsibilities
Develop and follow style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for maximum reader comprehension
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
Meet with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure specialized topics are accurately addressed
Analyze information needed to develop or update policies, procedures, and forms
Review and copyedit content created by other team members
Maintain and organize a document library
Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze input for new content development and updates to existing documentation
Qualification
Required
Entry Level Graduates with 1 year experience
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA preferred) in English, Communications, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
1+ years of experience creating content for non-technical users, including manuals, guides, and instructional documents for professional use
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take on new challenges and expand current skills
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to review technical materials for consistency and accuracy
Strong project management skills, including creating trackers and providing updates to stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to translate key activities into simple processes or flow diagrams
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and proofreading skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a small global team
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
