4+ years expTalentstra is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer impact. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to deploy and scale solutions while delivering customized technical solutions in real-world environments.

Responsibilities
Deploy and customize core platform solutions directly within enterprise customer environments
Collaborate with customer engineering teams to integrate APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML systems
Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and production-ready features to accelerate adoption
Troubleshoot complex deployment and performance issues in live environments
Work cross-functionally with Product, Core Engineering, and Sales to relay customer feedback
Own technical delivery from design to implementation
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, or data infrastructure
Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience working directly with enterprise customers or stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication skills (technical + business)
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML systems or data platforms
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience in customer-facing engineering roles (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, etc.)
Experience in fast-growing startup environments
Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements
