They are seeking a Managerial Intern to oversee sales, marketing, and production operations, lead a team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
Drive branch revenue through residential and commercial sales
Conduct estimates and close service contracts
Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
Build referral networks and community partnerships
Meet and exceed branch revenue goals
Oversee local marketing initiatives (Facebook ads, Google presence, yard signs, referrals, etc.)
Track marketing ROI and lead conversion rates
Represent the company at networking events and community outreach opportunities
Manage scheduling and daily job assignments
Ensure quality control on all services (soft washing, window cleaning, pressure washing)
Train and supervise technicians
Maintain equipment and enforce safety standards
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably
Recruit, hire, and train team members
Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable work environment
Conduct performance evaluations
Lead by example with work ethic and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and multitask
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors and oversee physical operations
Preferred
Sales experience preferred
