New Model Launch Engineer
Advantage Technical is seeking a results-driven New Model Launch Engineer to support new vehicle and powertrain program launches across North America assembly plants. This role is responsible for end-to-end program management, ensuring the successful delivery of new model programs on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead overall program management for new vehicle launches, including timing, budget control, and status reporting
Manage pre-production build events, prototype approvals, and fleet evaluation plans
Oversee vehicle ordering, builds, testing, and disposition
Serve as a gatekeeper for new model programs and manage cross-functional build issue resolution
Co-chair launch meetings and drive part and supplier issues to closure
Prepare and present executive-level program assessments and weekly status reports
Manage launch budget approvals and track program expenditures
Coordinate plant transition activities and support assembly operations during launch
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred
Proven program management experience in manufacturing or automotive environments
Experience supporting pre-production builds and plant launch activities
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in reporting tools
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively (9–12 months at a time) to support plant launches
