Responsibilities
Supervise daily material handling operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing
Lead and support hourly teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Cover crews in the supervisor’s absence and ensure continuity of operations
Schedule workforce needs, including overtime and vacation coverage
Facilitate crew meetings and ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted
Prepare and maintain work-related records and operational reports
Champion continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance
Collaborate closely with plant leadership to support operational objectives
Qualification
Required
1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or automotive environment
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, operations-driven setting
Strong workforce planning and organizational skills
Ability to work afternoon shift with required overtime
High School Diploma or GED
