Responsibilities
Manage residential site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility design in St. Charles, MO
Coordinate civil design schedules, deliverables, and technical resources across multiple projects
Review and oversee preparation of civil plans, reports, and technical documentation
Collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to obtain permits and approvals
Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and resolve design or permitting challenges to maintain project continuity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in residential civil engineering or land development project management
Strong understanding of site design, utilities, grading, and drainage principles
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with civil engineering software, design tools, and municipal permitting processes
