Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture and delivery oversight for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, driving solution strategy in an Agile framework
Lead and mentor engineering teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure scalable, high-performing, and supportable D365 F&O implementations
Establish and enforce development standards, integration patterns, and security controls across F&O and interconnected systems such as CRM and middleware platforms
Architect and build advanced custom solutions using extensions, data entities, and Azure-based integration services to support enterprise business processes
Provide hands-on technical guidance including design validation, code reviews, performance tuning, and production release support
