Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Great Plains ERP modules
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with onshore teams
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and documentation standards
Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support client operations
Support from basic end user errors, to configuring new workflows, reports, and integrations
Qualification
Required
6 - 8+ years experience required
Microsoft Dynamics
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Functional
Provide functional and technical support for Great Plains ERP modules
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with onshore teams
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and documentation standards
Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support client operations
Support from basic end user errors, to configuring new workflows, reports, and integrations
Strong experience (more than 5 years) in Great Plains ERP support and maintenance
Knowledge of financial modules and integration points
Ability to work in a global delivery model and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving
