Responsibilities
Design and refine end-to-end production workflows to consistently meet output, quality, and cost targets
Capture production data and apply scientific and statistical analysis to map, document, and visualize processes
Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then craft practical, durable fixes
Recommend equipment upgrades, process changes, and improved work methods to maximize labor, energy, and raw material utilization
Serve as a go-to resource and mentor for less experienced engineers when needed
Contribute to process development for new or more complex products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field with strong mechanical aptitude
Hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering within a production environment or manufacturing facility
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software
Strong project leadership, planning, and time management skills
Confident, timely decision-making
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Solid grasp of machining, geometric tolerances, and strength of materials
Preferred
Background in powdered metallurgy is a plus
Experience in automotive and/or manufacturing environments
