Responsibilities
Manage project plans for the migration from a legacy patient feeding solution to its replacement
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical operations, dietary services, and vendors
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, risks, and issue logs
Support data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness
Ensure minimal disruption to patient services during transition
Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
Manage vendor coordination and implementation deliverables
Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience
Healthcare industry experience is required, with a strong preference for: Hospitals
Acute care environments
Healthcare hospitality or patient services
Experience managing application migrations or system replacements
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working on long-term programs with phased rollouts
Preferred
Experience with patient feeding, dietary, or hospitality solutions in healthcare
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience working with clinical and non-clinical hospital stakeholders
