Responsibilities
Completing service visits to inspect, diagnose, and repair Pella products
Installing replacement components (glass, sashes, screens, blinds, etc.)
Documenting service work and coordinating follow‑up when needed
Educating customers on product use, care, and maintenance
Maintaining your service vehicle and parts inventory
Working closely with our internal service team to ensure seamless communication
Delivering a customer experience that reflects Pella’s high standards
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through
Experience using power tools (required)
Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
5+ years of window service, construction, or related field experience preferred
Knowledge of windows, doors, or construction terminology is helpful
