Bachelor’s + 5+ years or Master’s + 4+ years TPM/engineering leadership experience
Enterprise software delivery experience: strong understanding of full SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and hybrid methodologies
Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project (or similar), dashboards, and executive reporting tools
Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
