Responsibilities
Receive, handle, and kit materials so assembly runs efficiently
Build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications and quality standards
Perform testing and basic troubleshooting to confirm performance and reliability
Keep your workstation orderly to support safety and efficiency
Collaborate with peers to achieve production targets and meet deadlines
Record steps taken and promptly report discrepancies or issues
Participate in training to grow with evolving technologies and processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly workflows
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and methods
Preferred
Experience in material handling, electronic assembly, or testing preferred
A technical certificate or degree in electronics is a plus
