Responsibilities
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests from the IT helpdesk ticketing system or phone queue
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues, related to systems, software, and hardware
Manage physical IT tasks, such as running cables under desks, setting up workstations, and maintaining network infrastructure
Work through the problem-solving process with customers
Report significant and recurring issues to the tier-2 support team
Complete other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of related experience
Experience with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift PC, printers, and other hardware as required
IT: 2 years (Required)
Technical support: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Warwick, RI 02886 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
