This role will oversee end-to-end transition activities including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, knowledge transfer, and production cutover.

Responsibilities
Lead transition planning and execution for AS400 and Exadata platforms
Manage cross-functional teams across infrastructure, database, and application groups
Oversee data migrations, system integrations, and go-live readiness
Drive risk mitigation, governance, and change management processes
Support post-go-live stabilization (hypercare)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical transition or infrastructure project experience
Strong hands-on experience with AS400 (iSeries)
Experience with Oracle Exadata (migrations, architecture, performance, or upgrades)
Solid understanding of ITIL and change management practices
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exadata: 5 years (Required)
AS400: 5 years (Required)
Transition Manager: 5 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Chicago, IL (Required)
