Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain the Exensio platform on various operating systems and environments
Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data connectivity
Troubleshoot installation and system issues, providing clear documentation and effective solutions
Conduct system testing and verification to validate successful deployment
Provide technical guidance and support during and after installation
Prepare and maintain installation guides, technical documentation, and procedural checklists

Required

Preferred

Proven experience in software installation, system integration, or IT engineering roles
Experience with Exensio or similar analytics/data platforms
Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with databases, networking, and server configurations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments is a plus
