Full mechanical field execution on data center and mission-critical builds
Advanced HVAC and liquid cooling system installations supporting high-density environments
Trade partner coordination, sequencing, logistics, and workforce optimization
Schedule control of critical path activities in fast-track construction environments
Quality assurance and commissioning readiness from day one
A culture of safety, accountability, and elite field performance
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of mechanical construction experience with at least 3 years leading as a Superintendent
Proven experience delivering data centers or other mission-critical facilities
Strong understanding of liquid cooling infrastructure and complex mechanical systems
Command of scheduling, contract execution, and field productivity management
Deep knowledge of OSHA and building regulations
Ability to lead high-performing teams in demanding, deadline-driven environments
Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, FieldWire, and P6
