Senior Web Content Management Analyst

Optomi, in partnership with a leading health insurance provider, is looking for a Senior Web Content Management Analyst to join their team remotely. This role will be responsible for leading the development of website copy, ensuring brand alignment, ADA compliance, and optimizing content performance through various strategies including SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of website copy that reflects brand, tone of voice, and market position while following web content guidelines and ADA compliance standards
Collect input from multiple sources and usher content through the review process with business stakeholders to ensure timely web delivery
Apply design thinking and UX principles to page authoring and initiate intake discussions for new components and enhancements with the Experience Design team
Uphold enterprise content governance model by providing clear and actionable edits to peers to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and valuable
Lead the analysis of content performance by continuously monitoring KPIs through Customer Journey Analytics and customizing dashboards
Drive organic traffic and engagement optimization by implementing SEO best practices into content creation and working with SEO resources
Assemble quarterly content audits to ensure consistent content quality, timeliness, and maintenance

Required

5+ years of experience in content creation and web content management
Experience writing content for regulated industries with both B2B and B2C audiences
Web content management system platform experience
Certifications or experience in W3C and ADA compliance guidelines, SEO best practices, design thinking, and basic UX principles
A portfolio of samples or case studies demonstrating content challenges tackled
Strong initiative and ability to self-start and self-lead
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree)

AI experience is a plus
