Responsibilities
Shadowing the Creative Director to understand creative strategy, brand vision, and decision-making
Print and pattern research, selection, and development
Color selection, development, and approval processes
End-to-end design workflow, witnessing the progression from sketch to proto sample, sales samples, and final production
Fit sessions, observing live model fittings to understand consistency, proportion, and performance standards
Supporting the Creative Director and design team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Supporting the preparation, organization, and merchandising of seasonal samples for showroom presentation
Completing an independent "Design a Style" project that reflects and reinforces the brand's aesthetic direction
Qualification
Required
Coursework or recent study in fashion design, apparel design, or a related field is a plus but not required
Strong interest in apparel design, with a passion for golf, sport, or lifestyle brands a plus
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to contribute creatively
