Responsibilities
Provide administration, engineering, training, and support for Salesforce, SharePoint, and related enterprise platforms
Provide administration, engineering, training, and support for AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
Design, develop, and optimize AI-enabled and platform-enabled workflows, capabilities, and integrations
Analyze stakeholder needs and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using AI and platform capabilities
Deliver Tier II/III support and troubleshooting for platform and AI services
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards
Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
5 years experience supporting enterprise platforms, preferably in higher education
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude). A combination of these tools is required, but candidates may not have experience in every listed tool
Admin consoles, AI interfaces, and workflow automation tools
Commitment to continuous learning in AI and platform technologies
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience in higher education strongly preferred
Advanced presentation, automation design, and solution architecture skills
Power Automate, Power Apps, API integrations, advanced AI model usage
AI or Salesforce certifications preferred
