Qualification
Required
Experience in program development, management, and evaluation in a therapeutic or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proven ability in supervising and guiding a team of professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, mental health practices, and program assessment strategies
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and create innovative solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with operating within a higher education or academic institution setting is a plus
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant licensure preferred
