Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Web Content Management Analyst to support enterprise website strategy and optimization initiatives. This role will serve as the strategic owner of website content for key business segments, ensuring brand alignment, ADA/WCAG compliance, SEO optimization, and content governance across a large-scale enterprise web environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of enterprise website copy aligned to brand standards and regulatory requirements

Manage and publish content within a web content management system (CMS)

Ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG accessibility guidelines

Apply SEO best practices to improve organic traffic, engagement, and search performance

Conduct quarterly content audits to maintain quality, accuracy, and relevance

Analyze performance metrics using analytics dashboards and KPIs to inform content strategy

Partner with UX and Experience Design teams to apply design thinking principles to content creation

Support enterprise content governance and editorial workflows

Collect stakeholder input and usher content through review and publishing processes

Required

Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of relevant experience

5+ years of experience in web content strategy, digital content, or related field

Experience writing content for regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services, etc.) serving both B2B and B2C audiences

Hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, etc.)

Experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and organic optimization

Experience conducting content audits and performance analysis

Portfolio showcasing enterprise-level web work

Preferred

AI-driven content experience

Advanced CMS certifications

Experience working within healthcare or insurance environments
