This role involves applying structured reliability tools and analyzing maintenance and operational data to enhance the reliability of new and existing equipment.

Responsibilities
Apply structured reliability tools including TPM, RCCA, PFMEA, predictive maintenance, and statistical analysis
Analyze maintenance and operational data (including CMMS data) to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and operator care programs on constraint equipment
Implement predictive maintenance programs (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring)
Support New Capital Introduction (NCI) processes and influence reliability in new equipment commissioning
Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in machining center maintenance and reliability engineering within manufacturing operations
Maintenance / TPM experience (machining centers process maintenance, not facility maintenance)
Strong experience in statistical and reliability data analytics, including OEE and root cause analysis
Proficiency with Power BI
