Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Lead and manage multiple projects related to manufacturing and production scheduling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
Support the implementation of new business processes, systems, and tools that enhance supply chain visibility and performance
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain operations
Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations, especially related to government contracting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in supply chain operations, project management, or process improvement within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, SAP, or Oracle
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and supply chain best practices
U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracting requirements
