Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across Engineering, Data, and Security
Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines of passive candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define search strategies and target profiles
Engage and nurture candidates through personalized, high-impact outreach
Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub to identify and track talent
Share insights on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing performance
Track and report on sourcing metrics to improve efficiency and funnel health
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless handoff and consistent candidate experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech environments
Proven success sourcing software engineers or other technical roles
Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand and assess engineering skill sets
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub
Data-driven approach to tracking progress, analyzing funnel health, and optimizing results
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with recruiters and hiring managers
Candidate-first mindset with a focus on personalized outreach and relationship-building
Experience sourcing for large-scale or programmatic hiring initiatives
Background in fintech, SaaS, or platform technology recruiting
Experience creating or contributing to sourcing playbooks or process improvements
