Responsibilities
Assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures
Ensuring that each component is accurately integrated, contributing to the overall integrity and performance of our medical and diagnostic products
Maintaining optimal production efficiency by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline operations
Performing rigorous quality control tests, inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to uphold Roche’s commitment to excellence and compliance with regulatory standards
Managing inventory levels to support uninterrupted production
Operating tools and machinery with precision and safety
Promptly reporting any issues or deviations to supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Ability to assemble high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures
Experience in monitoring workflow and identifying bottlenecks
Ability to implement solutions to streamline operations
Experience performing rigorous quality control tests
Ability to inspect raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
