Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve incident and request tickets assigned through the IT Service Management system
Install, configure, and deploy workstations, printers, modems, phones, and other computing and telecommunication devices
Perform operating system installations, upgrades, patches, and basic system administration tasks
Provide technical support for standard PC software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, graphics, and communication tools)
Maintain and document local IT hardware inventory and new equipment installations
Support cabling connections, wire management, emergency power management, and related infrastructure tasks
Coordinate vendor support, maintenance, and repair services as needed
Provide remote support to users and sites from the primary location
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency outages as required
Work flexible hours when necessary to complete technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Technical support experience for incident and service request tickets
Hands-on and remote support for end users
