Responsibilities

Operate and monitor 1–5 robotic plastic injection molding machines simultaneously
Perform visual inspection of molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
Package finished parts according to work instructions and specifications
Operate auto-load and assembly machines as required
Inspect packaged products prior to release
Identify, document, and report quality issues to supervisors or quality personnel
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Required

Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Injection molding experience preferred
Experience handling small or delicate parts
Background in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
