Salesforce CRM Administrator
First Bank is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to lead the implementation and ongoing management of their new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The role involves overseeing the CRM platform's configuration, user support, and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance system performance and user adoption.
Responsibilities
Manage our new SFFSC CRM system and the ongoing customization requests
Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, campaigns, business rules, picklist, access privileges, page layouts, data imports, data feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Adhere to and help enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
Work closely with IT teams, vendors, third-party developers, internal staff and key stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions on time and within budget
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments, releases, and industry trends. Participate in Salesforce training and certification programs
Develop and deliver comprehensive training to ensure users are proficient in utilizing Salesforce for their daily tasks and maximizing its features to enhance their productivity
Monitor user adoption and respond as needed to improve adoption rates through additional training, communication, system modification or other resources
Act as Product Owner by keeping an up-to-date product roadmap and presenting it periodically to the team for process improvement
Assist business users by analyzing and mapping business processes to Salesforce functionality and developing customizations or using third party apps when necessary
Work with our operational management team to establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Maintain, at least, high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points
Support and training of SFFSC users
Issue resolution through troubleshooting, collaboration with our team, and working with SF support as necessary
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, build, or deliver reporting and/or data visualization
Maintain user roles and profiles, security setting, access settings, etc
Proactively monitor and maintain the usage of our Salesforce FSC environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience with SFFSC Admin and or Sales Cloud in a similar environment
Knowledge of the Commercial Lending and Banking in relations to both processes and regulations
A bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and customization capabilities
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Critically evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical requirements
Excitement about implementing SFFSC and a positive, go-getter attitude
Pride in meeting deadlines, prioritizing simultaneous requests and managing multiple tasks
Proven ability to design and implement new processes while facilitating user adoption
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Self-driven, independent worker who can effectively manage projects through to completion
Strong analytical skills to translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce solutions
Outstanding written and oral communication skills; proven ability to train others and interact with all levels of management
Excellent time management with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, with additional certifications being a plus
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of the SFFSC system, API integrations, software engineering tools and test-driven development preferred
Understand all aspects of SFFSC configuration and technical/functional capabilities preferred
Strong technical skills are required, and light programming experience is preferred
