Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes
Convert and redesign PDF forms into Microsoft Forms
Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate workflows
Build and enhance Power Automate flows to reduce manual and repetitive tasks
Implement approval workflows, Outlook notifications, and SharePoint list integrations
Design and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including a HUB site
Migrate content from Drupal CMS to SharePoint Online
Administer SharePoint Online environments (sites, libraries, lists, permissions)
Improve SharePoint security, permissions, and governance following best practices
Respond to helpdesk tickets related to SharePoint and Power Platform
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Provide guidance and mentoring to developers and end users
Create documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience developing and supporting Power Platform solutions
5+ years of experience with Power Automate workflows and automation
5+ years of senior-level SharePoint Online development and administration
Strong experience managing M365 SharePoint environments at enterprise scale
Proficiency with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate with technical and non-technical users
Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform
Experience mentoring junior developers
Experience delivering enterprise intranet solutions
