Responsibilities
Provide Service Desk support as per SOPs and SLAs for assigned and regional sites
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage incidents & service requests in ITIL tool; ensure proper documentation
Support PC lifecycle (Install, Move, Add, Change, Refresh, Dispose)
Maintain CMDB and IT asset inventory accuracy
Configure & support desktops/laptops, mobile devices, MS Teams devices, printers & MFDs
Administer antivirus & endpoint tools (e.g., Tanium); ensure patch compliance
Provide shopfloor, field, and VIP support when required
Participate in large-scale deployments and acquisition integrations
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and procurement (hardware/software)
Identify training needs and support process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk
Strong Windows 7/10/11 administration knowledge
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking
Strong desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience with Mac, iOS & Android devices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
Fluency with English

ITIL knowledge preferred
