Responsibilities
Supervises multi discipline QA/QC team on turnaround and NRM projects
Supervises the HRO fab shops QA lead
Oversees compliance with Company Quality Program
Oversees compliance with Code requirements
Oversees adherence to Company procedures and standards
Plans, coordinates, schedules and supervises all additional quality control inspection contracted
Conducts regular quality audits of manufacturing / fabrication processes to identify areas for improvement to Quality Programs, Company procedures and Company standards, with respect to welding and mechanical activities
Qualification
Required
High school education or the equivalent
Six (6) years' experience in equipment inspection, general welding inspection, general understanding of welder qualification programs within the oil and gas industry
General knowledge of industry and company welding and mechanical craft code, standards & procedures
Knowledge of Non-destructive Examination 'NDE' (UT, RT, MT, PT, etc.)
Knowledgeable in executing quality programs
Ability to work in varied environments and climates
Is self-motivated and has high quality work ethics
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Associates degree in inspection technology, welding technology or the equivalent
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification through American Welding Society

Knowledge of Enterprise specs & standards
Experience working on turnarounds
Prefer thorough knowledge in maintenance / repair techniques of Oil and Gas Facilities / fixed equipment
